No. One account per person. Duplicate accounts can be closed and bonuses or winnings on them voided.
Deposits and withdrawals
Open Wallet, choose Deposit, then either Online Banking (pay through our payment gateway) or Request to Upline (send the amount to your upline and upload the proof). Your balance is credited the moment the deposit is approved.
Open Wallet, choose Withdraw, add your bank account once, enter the amount and submit. Minimum and maximum amounts are shown on the form.
The usual reason is an active bonus with unfinished wagering. The Withdraw tab shows a progress bar with the exact amount left to wager. Finish the wagering, or forfeit the bonus on the Promotions page, and withdrawals unlock immediately. KYC verification must also be complete.
Most withdrawals are processed quickly; larger amounts can take longer because of additional verification. You can track every request under Wallet, then History and My Requests.
Bonuses and promotions
No codes. Automatic offers are credited the moment your qualifying deposit is approved. Offers marked Claim on the Promotions page must be claimed first, then they apply to your next qualifying deposit.
The amount you must bet before bonus-locked withdrawals open. Example: a bonus of 1,000 with 30x wagering means 30,000 in total bets. Only real settled bets count; winnings do not.
The Promotions page shows your active bonus with a live progress bar, the amount wagered, the requirement, and the expiry date. The Withdraw tab shows the same lock notice.
Yes, anytime. Press Forfeit on the Promotions page. The bonus amount is removed from your balance and withdrawals unlock at once.
Each bonus has a maximum single-bet limit while wagering is active (shown in the offer terms). Lower your bet or forfeit the bonus to lift the cap.
Each offer has a validity period. If wagering is not finished in time, the bonus amount is reclaimed from your balance automatically.
VIP Club and League
Every real bet adds to your lifetime turnover. Reaching a level threshold upgrades you instantly and the level-up reward is credited automatically. Levels never go down.
From Silver upward you earn back a percentage of your net losses from the previous week, credited on your first visit to the VIP page each week. If you won overall last week, there is nothing to refund.
Our top tier competition. Reaching Diamond enrolls you automatically in a monthly league: your bets earn milestone chests during the month, and the top players on the leaderboard win season prizes when the month ends.

Games and fair play
All outcomes come from certified random number generation on our servers, and the recorded server result is authoritative. Published RTP values are long-run theoretical returns.
Bets already accepted by the server are settled normally and any winnings are credited automatically, even if your screen never showed the result. Reload the game and check your balance and history.
Stop playing and contact support with the time and game name. Display errors do not change results: the server record decides, and exploiting a malfunction can void winnings.
